Department of Tumor Interventional Radiology, Renji Hospital, Associate Chief Physician, M.D. Areas of Expertise: Surgical treatment of hepatic surgical diseases such as hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus and hepatic hemangioma; minimally invasive treatments including radiofrequency/microwave ablation and iodine-125 radioactive seed implantation for tumors of the liver, lung, kidney, adrenal gland, abdominal/pelvic metastatic tumors, and gastrointestinal stromal tumors; vascular interventional embolization and infusion therapy for tumors of the liver, lung, kidney, etc.; minimally invasive treatments including radiofrequency/microwave ablation for benign tumors such as thyroid nodules, breast nodules, and hepatic hemangioma. 【Research Achievements】 A series of research achievements have been made in the treatment of liver tumors, lung tumors, kidney tumors, adrenal tumors, and other related fields. Participated in the compilation of 2 monographs; as first author, published papers in internationally authoritative journals such as Hepatology (Impact Factor: 11.7), British Journal of Cancer (Impact Factor: 5.569), Cancer Letters (Impact Factor: 6.508), and Scientific Reports (Impact Factor: 5.228). A total of more than 20 papers have been published domestically and internationally, including more than 10 English papers (SCI journals). As project leader, presided over or participated in multiple national, provincial, bureau-level, and university-level research projects. As first principal investigator, successfully completed a National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Program) project: Research on the role of cancer stem cells in the formation of portal vein tumor thrombus in hepatocellular carcinoma (81201678). Obtained two national invention patent authorizations: 1. A human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line with portal vein metastatic potential (Patent No.: 200910054744.0); 2. A fixator for ablation electrode puncture devices (Patent No.: ZL 2014 2 0419021.2). 【Research Directions】 1. Percutaneous biopsy and comprehensive minimally invasive interventional treatment (including microwave/radiofrequency ablation, arterial embolization infusion chemotherapy, radioactive seed implantation therapy, etc.) for tumors of the liver, lung, kidney, adrenal gland, and other systemic organs; 2. Genetic testing and comprehensive systemic treatment (including sensitive drug screening, precision targeted therapy, and immunotherapy, etc.) for solid tumors of the liver, lung, kidney, and other systemic sites; 3. Percutaneous biopsy and ablation therapy for thyroid nodules, breast nodules, pulmonary nodules, etc.
