Carries out evidence-based medicine research on the clinical experience formula Yiqi Peiyuan Formula, comprehensively analyzing its pharmacology and mechanism of action based on modern technology; conducts in-depth exploration of the regulatory mechanism by which astragaloside IV, the main component of its sovereign herb Astragalus membranaceus, alleviates kidney injury; applies DNA solid-phase synthesis technology to construct cycloastragenol aptamer conjugates and confirms their renoprotective effects; conducts research on the in-hospital preparation Qingyan Granules for the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections from multiple aspects including clinical research, immune regulation, and mechanism of action, scientifically and objectively evaluating the role of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Participates in multiple clinical drug studies. Research Achievements Has presided over 4 research projects funded by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission. Has published more than 10 papers in SCI and core journals.
