Specializes in the precision diagnosis, minimally invasive treatment, and comprehensive treatment of urological tumors, especially bladder tumors (particularly the application of bladder-preservation strategies). Has long been engaged in clinical and research work on urological tumors, especially bladder tumors. Performs nearly one thousand minimally invasive surgeries for various urological tumors each year. Graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine, Shanghai Second Medical University in 2000 and has worked at Renji Hospital since the same year. Studied under the renowned urology expert Professor Huang Yiran and completed master's and doctoral training. Published 11 SCI original research articles as first author. Received the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Ministry of Education in 2015. In 2019, pursued visiting study in the Department of Urology at MD Anderson Cancer Center in the United States, under the mentorship of Dr. Kamat, Secretary-General of the Bladder Cancer Alliance.
