Specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of urological tumors, with main expertise in minimally invasive ablation therapy for renal tumors and adrenal tumors, and surgical treatment of complex renal cancer and vena cava tumor thrombus. Engaged in urological clinical work for over 20 years, and has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases. As one of the earlier doctors in China to perform laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery, has completed more than 6,000 laparoscopic surgeries to date. In the past five years, has treated approximately 4,000 patients annually and independently completed more than 500 grade 4 urological surgeries each year, mainly focusing on urological tumor surgeries, including more than 400 cases of renal tumors, more than 80 cases of adrenal tumors, and more than 50 cases of prostate tumors. Has particularly rich experience in nephron-sparing surgery for renal tumors, and minimally invasive treatment of prostate tumors and adrenal tumors. As one of the first doctors in China to carry out renal tumor ablation therapy, serves as a lecturer for the national standardized training program on tumor ablation therapy techniques, and currently ranks among the top in the country in the number of laparoscopic-assisted renal tumor ablation surgeries completed. Has completed highly difficult surgeries such as giant adrenal tumor surgery, giant renal cancer and vena cava tumor thrombus surgery, and is particularly in a leading position domestically in deep hypothermic circulatory arrest for removal of vena cava and atrial tumor thrombus, achieving good long-term outcomes. As the third completer, received the Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award, First Prize; Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award, Second Prize; Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education, First Prize.
