Engaged in clinical anesthesia for 24 years, dedicated to the clinical practice, research, and teaching of liver transplantation anesthesia. Has accumulated extensive clinical experience in clinical anesthesia and rescue of critically ill patients. Specializes in adult and pediatric liver transplantation anesthesia and perioperative management of critically ill liver transplantation patients. The team has completed over 7,000 cases of liver transplantation anesthesia, with pediatric liver transplantation anesthesia ranking first in the world for 10 consecutive years. Personally has completed over 3,000 cases of liver transplantation anesthesia, with rich experience in infant anesthesia and perioperative management of critically ill liver transplantation patients. Participated in the compilation of the "Expert Consensus on Anesthesia Management for Pediatric Liver Transplantation" and established the Renji liver transplantation anesthesia protocol. As a specialized technical training instructor for liver transplantation anesthesia in the Department of Anesthesiology at Renji Hospital, has trained nearly 100 liver transplantation anesthesiologists for dozens of liver transplantation centers nationwide.
