Research Directions Pediatric Surgery (Children's End-Stage Liver Disease) Clinical and Basic Research in Liver Surgery and Liver Transplantation Research Achievements Presided over 21 projects including National Key R&D Program and Major Research Plan of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, with cumulative research funding exceeding 100 million yuan. Serves as Editor-in-Chief of Translational Research. Led the development of China's first "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Pediatric Liver Transplantation in China" and 4 other standards. As first or corresponding author, published over 170 SCI papers in internationally authoritative journals including Cell, Gut, Nature Reviews Immunology, Gastroenterology, Journal of Hepatology, Med, Hepatology, and Molecular Cancer.
