Has long been engaged in research on diagnosis and treatment strategies for difficult and critical autoimmune diseases, such as research on diagnosis and treatment strategies for refractory lupus nephritis, treatment strategies for systemic lupus erythematosus and Sjogren's syndrome complicated with refractory immune thrombocytopenia, treatment of refractory adult-onset Still's disease, and screening and intervention research on rheumatic diseases complicated with tuberculosis infection. Has achieved certain results in clinical and basic research on systemic lupus erythematosus, and has successively published more than 30 papers in core journals at home and abroad, and has led scientific research projects such as Youth and General Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, key projects of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission, and sub-topics of National Key Special Projects.
