In 2002, enrolled in the Graduate School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree in 2007. After graduation, joined the Department of General Surgery at Renji Hospital and has been working there since. During the tenure at Renji Hospital, was assigned from 2019 to 2020 to the Department of General Surgery at Ningbo Hangzhou Bay Hospital as Executive Director for over 2 years, leading a newly established department composed of medical staff from 2 provinces and 3 regions, overcoming various difficulties caused by the pandemic, and successfully completing medical and management tasks.
