Currently serves as Chief Physician, Associate Professor, and Deputy Director. In addition to comprehensive mastery of clinical diagnosis and treatment and skills, pioneered the establishment of a simulation-based minimally invasive urological skills training model in China, which was recommended by important national institutions.
