In 2020, served as Director of the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Peking University International Hospital. In 2024, served as Deputy Director of the Emergency and Critical Care Medicine Center. Engaged in critical care medicine (CCM) research and ICU work for many years, accumulating rich professional theoretical, practical, and management experience. Skilled in management, and the ICU teams led have all gained recognition in the field. Long-term engagement in teaching and research of critical care medicine and clinical ICU work at tertiary hospitals, accumulating rich professional technical and management experience.
