III. Medical Work Has completed over 500 cases of CT-guided percutaneous spinal tumor biopsy, with both the number and accuracy rate leading domestically and internationally. Percutaneous atlantoaxial lateral mass joint bone graft fusion, percutaneous implantation of radioactive particles for the treatment of spinal tumors, and percutaneous biopsy of cervical intraspinal tumors are international firsts. Was the first in China to carry out radiofrequency treatment for intervertebral disc disease, percutaneous vertebroplasty, and percutaneous endoscopic surgery for cervical spondylosis. Specializes in spinal degenerative diseases such as anterior cervical surgery, posterior cervical surgery, combined anterior and posterior surgery, decompression and fixation surgery for lumbar disc and lumbar spinal stenosis, and lumbar spondylolisthesis reduction. Spinal trauma such as anterior cervical internal fixation surgery, posterior cervical facet titanium plate internal fixation surgery, and lumbar and thoracolumbar decompression and internal fixation surgery. For highly difficult and high-risk surgeries in the field of spinal surgery, such as total en bloc spondylectomy and stability reconstruction for spinal tumors, 360-degree decompression and internal fixation via anterior and posterior approaches for thoracic spinal canal, surgical treatment of spinal tuberculosis, and spinal deformity correction, has completed hundreds of cases. Both the quantity and difficulty have reached advanced levels domestically and internationally, making him a renowned expert in orthopedics and pain medicine in China. IV. Main Achievements in Management Work Served as Medical Vice President for 6 years, adopting scientific management methods, with various medical indicators ranking among the top of large hospitals in Beijing. Persisted in innovation and established a series of new management processes, enabling the hospital's management systems and methods in medical administration, quality control, nursing team building, pharmaceutical consumables management, and medical insurance management to be adopted and promoted by higher authorities, with the hospital receiving multiple commendations. The improvement work centered on shortening the average length of stay was promoted nationwide by the Ministry of Health through on-site meetings. Presided over the bidding and tendering work for pharmaceuticals, consumables, and reagents in Beijing, remaining honest and upright, with outstanding work performance, receiving government praise. During the concurrent tenure as President of Beijing Haidian Hospital, overcame numerous difficulties, improved various management aspects of the hospital, enabling the hospital to quickly enter a standardized, scientific, and democratic management track, successfully upgrading to a tertiary hospital, and exploring preliminary experience for hospital corporate governance and public hospital healthcare reform.
