Deputy Director of the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Professor, Chief Physician, Doctoral Supervisor. Specializes in the treatment of respiratory critical illnesses such as sepsis and septic shock, respiratory failure, and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University (now Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine) with a major in Clinical Medicine in 1998, obtained a Master's degree in Surgery in 2004, obtained a Doctoral degree in Anesthesiology in 2010, and visited the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Hong Kong and the ICU of Queen Mary Hospital in 2017. Has long been engaged in clinical and basic research on the pathogenesis and treatment strategies of perioperative sepsis, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and pulmonary fibrosis, and has rich clinical experience in perioperative hemodynamic monitoring and treatment, and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of respiratory failure and septic shock. Has presided over 5 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, published more than 60 papers, including nearly 30 SCI papers as first/corresponding author, and more than 20 papers in JCR Q1 journals. Participated in the compilation of 2 clinical expert consensus statements, applied for and obtained authorization for 2 national invention patents and 5 utility model patents. Some research findings were commented on in an editorial by the American journal Laboratory Investigation and published as a cover paper. Awarded the Chinese Medical Association Critical Care Medicine Award (Young Investigator Award) in 2015, and selected in 2016 for the F5000 China Excellent Scientific and Technological Journals Top Academic Papers by the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China, received funding from the Shanghai Outstanding Young Medical Talent Training Program in 2017, received a commendation award for public institution staff from the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission in 2021, and was selected in 2023 for the Top 100 ranking of academic influence of scholars' papers in the field of critical care medicine nationwide.
