Research Achievements: Led 9 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 project funded by the US National Institutes of Health (NIH), and 1 key project funded by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission. Published over 80 papers in total, including more than 50 SCI-indexed papers, with a total impact factor (IF) > 200. As first author and corresponding author, published multiple papers in prestigious journals such as Cancer Cell, Gastroenterology, Cancer Research, and Oncogene. Research Directions: Long-term engagement in basic and clinical research on the pathogenesis and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors, with a focus on the role of the tumor immune microenvironment in the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal tumors and tumor immunotherapy. Successfully constructed a conditional RSPO3 gene knockout mouse colon cancer animal model; isolated and established the first bone marrow-derived myofibroblast cell line; established models of liver and lung metastasis of gastrointestinal tumors; developed novel approaches for targeting the tumor microenvironment in immunotherapy of gastrointestinal tumors, and achieved a series of research outcomes, laying a solid foundation for future research.
