Main research areas and directions include translational research on precision diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors, especially pancreatic cancer, multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment of tumors, and individualized targeted and immunotherapy guided by clinical cancer genomics. Research Achievements: From 2001 to 2004, served as a visiting researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and MD Anderson Cancer Center. Led the development of China's first "Chinese Expert Consensus on Comprehensive Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer," the first "CSCO Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer" by the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology, and the first "Guidelines for Tumor Nephropathy Protection Technology" by the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association. Presided over 7 National Natural Science Foundation projects (including a Major Research Plan), 2 Major New Drug Creation Projects, and more than 10 various fund projects. Currently serves as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Pancreatology and other journals, and as an editorial board member of Cancer Research, JHO, and other journals. Published more than 100 SCI papers, cited more than 1,000 times. Research Directions: Led the development of China's first "Chinese Expert Consensus on Comprehensive Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer" and the first "CSCO Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer" by the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology. Led the establishment of China's first "Pancreatic Tumor Internet Plus Consultation Platform" and China's advanced pancreatic tumor registration platform.
