Research Directions: Primarily engaged in clinical and basic research in endocrinology, focusing on evidence-based evaluation of novel anti-diabetic drugs, clinical and basic research of novel anti-diabetic drugs, and the construction and application of innovative models for diabetes medication therapy management. Research Achievements: Obtained 6 research projects, including research projects from the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, cohort construction projects from the Pudong New Area Health Commission, pharmaceutical research projects from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and Shanghai Hospital Pharmaceutical Research Projects. As first author or corresponding author, published over 40 papers in authoritative journals in the field, including Diabetes Obesity & Metabolism, Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, Diabetology & Metabolic Syndrome, and Digital Health, among which 23 are SCI-indexed papers. Personal Honors: Awarded Shanghai "Medical Garden New Star" Young Medical Talent, Shanghai "Pharmaceutical Elite," Shanghai "Outstanding Young Pharmacist," Hospital Pharmacy Special Contribution Award, the First Pharmacy Practice Advancement Award, and various outstanding paper awards more than 10 times. Research achievements received the "China Hospital Management Award" Regional Excellence Award in the Pharmacy Management Group and the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education (ranked fifth).
