In recent years, particularly accumulated relatively rich diagnostic and treatment experience in minimally invasive function-preserving surgery for early gastric cancer represented by pylorus-preserving gastrectomy (PPG), and Da Vinci robotic surgery. Research Achievements Has successively presided over 3 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 Open Fund of the State Key Laboratory, and 2 Wu Jieping Foundation projects. As first author or corresponding author, has published more than 23 SCI papers, including in journals such as Nature Communications, Molecular Cancer, Cancer Letters, and Cellular Oncology, with total citations exceeding 1,000. Focusing on the "gastric cancer peritoneal recurrence and metastasis event chain," one of the most urgent scientific problems to be solved in the field of gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment, to carry out clinical and basic research. Main directions: 1. Molecular mechanism research on predicting metachronous peritoneal metastasis after gastric cancer surgery based on circulating tumor cells (CTC) and circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in peritoneal lavage fluid; 2. Exploration of the molecular mechanisms by which oncolytic viruses improve the tumor immune microenvironment and exert antitumor effects.
