Specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and translational research of neuroimmune diseases such as autoimmune encephalitis, myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD), neuromyelitis optica, multiple sclerosis, and myasthenia gravis, as well as common, rare, and intractable/critical neurological diseases including epilepsy and cerebrovascular disease. After transferring to the Department of Neurology at Renji Hospital, served as a senior visiting scholar at the Department of Neurology, Royal Melbourne Hospital, University of Melbourne for 1 year; concurrently served as Executive Director of the Department of Neurology at Renji Hospital Ningbo Branch for 2 years. Research Direction: Neuroimmune diseases, particularly autoimmune encephalitis, neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders, anti-MOG associated diseases, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, as well as immune-related epilepsy and cerebral small vessel disease, focusing on immune-inflammatory pathogenesis, biomarkers, molecular imaging diagnosis, plasma exchange physical therapy, and precision biological targeted individualized immunotherapy. Serves as a project review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Presided over 2 General Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 3 research projects of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission. In the past 5 years (2019.9-2024.8), as first or corresponding author, published 22 SCI papers in authoritative professional journals including *Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Psychiatry*, *Journal of Neuroinflammation*, and *ACS Nano*, with a total impact factor of 108, including 20 original research articles (10 in JCR Q1), with the highest single impact factor of 17.1.
