Also collaborated with the Department of General Surgery and the Department of Reproductive Medicine to take the lead in conducting research in the PCOS population on the effects of preconception metabolic intervention (pharmacological and metabolic surgery) on pregnancy complications and offspring live birth rate, proposed the important role of preconception metabolic intervention in reducing transgenerational inheritance of PCOS, constructed a long-term follow-up cohort, and explored strategies for assisted reproduction in PCOS patients and the prevention of metabolic-related diseases in offspring. Conducts research on the etiological mechanisms of PCOS, deeply explores the mechanisms by which the brain-gut-ovary axis participates in the disease from the periphery to the center, and proposes a whole-life-cycle management strategy for PCOS patients, safeguarding the lifelong health of women with PCOS.
