Executive Deputy Director of the Department of Urology at Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Executive Director of the Department of Urology at the South Campus, and Leader of the Bladder Tumor Subspecialty Group. Has long been engaged in the clinical, research, and teaching work of bladder tumors. The specialized bladder tumor clinic receives approximately more than 5,000 patient visits for bladder cancer each year, and approximately more than 500 bladder cancer surgeries of various types are performed annually, including more than 100 radical cystectomies. Both the annual outpatient volume and surgical volume rank among the top in the country. Over the years, has been committed to developing comprehensive treatment for bladder cancer and was among the earliest in China to propose the concept of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Is one of the centers in China with the largest number of cases of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radical cystectomy for muscle-invasive bladder cancer. In recent years, has taken the lead in China in exploring bladder-preserving comprehensive treatment for patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer, with a 2-year bladder preservation success rate of over 88%. As a lead unit, has conducted multiple clinical drug studies to provide patients with the latest drug treatment options. Basic research has focused on a series of studies involving the molecular subtyping and developmental mechanisms of bladder cancer, urinary liquid biopsy, and the immune microenvironment. To date, has presided over 2 general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 8 provincial and ministerial-level projects, with cumulative funding exceeding 7 million yuan. Related research findings have been published in journals such as *Clinical Cancer Research*, *EBioMedicine*, *JNCI*, *Journal of Pathology*, *Journal of Urology*, and *Oncogene*, and have been presented as featured presentations at international conferences including EAU, ESMO, ASCO, and ASCO-GU.
