Ph.D., Deputy Director, Teaching Director, Chief Physician, and Master's Supervisor of the Department of Anesthesiology at Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Visiting Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, USA, and Instructor Trainer for Basic Life Support Training of the American Heart Association (AHA). Specializes in obstetric and gynecological anesthesia, anesthesia for critically ill pregnant and postpartum women, and perioperative management. Has long been engaged in clinical, scientific research, and teaching work in obstetric and gynecological anesthesia. Completes nearly 3,000 surgical anesthesia cases annually, including more than 60 cases of critical obstetric anesthesia and more than 120 cases of critical gynecological anesthesia, and has participated multiple times in MDT and perinatal rescue of critically ill obstetric patients, establishing a solid clinical anesthesia foundation and accumulating rich clinical experience in managing various critically ill patients. Serves as Teaching Director of the Anesthesia Residency Training Base and has been selected as a national residency training base supervision expert. In 2020, the Anesthesia Residency Training Base was awarded a National Key Training Base; in 2023, received the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine Shangyao Xinglin Yucai Award; in 2021, received the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine Outstanding Mentor Award (Tang Lixin Award); in 2020, was named an Outstanding Mentor in Shanghai Resident Standardized Training; in 2019, was named "Outstanding Teaching Director" of the Renji Hospital Residency Training Base. In terms of scientific research, currently leads three National Natural Science Foundation of China projects and two bureau-level or above projects, and has published more than 30 SCI-indexed papers as first author or corresponding author. In 2019, received the Outstanding Researcher Award of the Chinese Society of Anesthesiology.
