Specializing in minimally invasive surgical treatment for cranial, spinal, and spinal cord diseases, he is one of the neurosurgeons who has mastered both microscopic and endoscopic surgical techniques, interventional diagnostic techniques, and spinal fusion and internal fixation techniques. In 2018, he was awarded the Third Prize in the National Finals of the First Chinese Neurosurgery Specialist Clinical Knowledge and Skills Competition. In 2020, he won the First Prize in the Shanghai Outstanding Medical Record Competition. He has obtained 2 national patents as the first inventor, led and participated in 3 research projects including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, published 15 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author, served as the chief editor of the monograph "Basic Skills and Clinical Thinking in Neurosurgery," and participated as a co-editor in 3 neurosurgery monographs.
