Currently conducting clinical and basic research on sarcopenia and glucose metabolism. Has published over 100 academic papers. As the principal investigator, has received 5 grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, including Joint Key Projects and General Projects. Presided over one international collaborative research project. Led one national multicenter clinical study as the primary center. The participated project "Basic and Clinical Research on Lipid Metabolism in Metabolic Syndrome" was awarded the First Prize of the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education in 2008 and the Second Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award in 2009. Chief editor of three monographs: "Diseases Related to Abnormal Lipid and Purine Metabolism," "Selected Cases from the Neuroendocrine MDT Workshop," and "Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment." Awarded the Minhang Leading Talent Program. Studied for 2 years at the University of Oxford in the UK and Massachusetts General Hospital affiliated with Harvard University in the US.
