Chief Technician Has long been engaged in clinical biochemistry and mass spectrometry-related laboratory work, dedicated to developing new technologies and methods, and actively applying advanced technologies to clinical testing to improve testing efficiency and accuracy. Together with team members, formulated testing protocols for screening diseases such as primary aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma, Cushing's syndrome, and polycystic ovary syndrome; established a therapeutic drug monitoring platform, conducting concentration monitoring for more than 20 drugs including antitumor drugs, antibacterial drugs, and antiepileptic drugs; actively attempted to establish multi-analyte combined diagnostic models to enhance the diagnostic capability of routine tests. Participated in and led multiple National Natural Science Foundation projects and provincial/ministerial-level projects; published more than 30 papers in Chinese and English as first/corresponding author; served as chief editor or co-editor of 4 monographs; led the drafting of and participated in the compilation of multiple expert consensus documents and industry standards, and obtained multiple national invention patent authorizations.
