Specializes in multimodal diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and target-specific theranostics of malignant tumors. Has successively presided over one National Natural Science Foundation of China General Program project and one Youth Program project, participated as a key scientific researcher in the implementation of two National Key Research and Development Program projects, and received funding from programs such as the Shanghai Public Health Outstanding Academic Leader Program, the Shanghai Rising-Star Program, and the "Jiulong Medical Outstanding Young Talent Award" of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Has long been committed to the basic research and development and clinical translational application of theranostic antibody probes, and has successively created a series of monoclonal antibodies and single-domain antibody probes with fully independent intellectual property rights targeting key targets of multiple solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, preliminarily optimizing the clinical diagnosis and treatment of some malignant tumors through clinical translational application. Currently, as the first inventor, has applied for 16 Chinese invention patents (2 authorized) and 1 PCT patent, and as the first or corresponding author (including co-corresponding), has published more than 20 original research articles in journals such as EMBO Molecular Medicine, Journal for Immunotherapy of Cancer, Advanced Science, EJNMMI, and Research, and has published invited commentaries in journals such as Chemical Reviews, JNM, Trends in Cancer, and MED, elaborating on the basic connotations of immuno-PET imaging and antibody theranostics, probe development strategies, and the value of clinical translational application.
