Graduated with a PhD in 2004 from the Department of Hand Surgery, Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University. In 2017, was sent by the government to study management at the University of New South Wales in Australia. Has been engaged in the clinical practice, research, and teaching of orthopedic trauma for 20 years, and specializes in minimally invasive treatment of complex and multiple fractures of the limbs, bones, and joints; also has in-depth research on old fractures, nonunion, and periprosthetic fractures; has unique insights into the perioperative comprehensive treatment of osteoporotic fractures in elderly patients (especially fractures of the wrist, shoulder, and hip, etc.), which has reduced the mortality and disability rates and promoted rapid recovery of patients. Served as the leader of the orthopedic medical ethics and conduct group for more than ten years, being conscientious and responsible, bold yet meticulous. In 20 years, there has not been a single medical dispute, and in the past 6 years, zero surgical infections have been achieved. Has successively undertaken two provincial and ministerial-level research projects. Current research directions are: research on brain functional reorganization after peripheral nerve injury and repair, research on somatosensory games and virtual reality games promoting functional rehabilitation of the affected limb after limb fractures, and perioperative treatment of osteoporotic fractures in the elderly; has published more than 20 papers (including SCI papers); has obtained 4 national-level utility patents; and participated in the compilation of one national-level textbook.
