Graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in 2002. Has been working in the Department of Liver Surgery at Renji Hospital since 2004, long engaged in surgical treatment of liver diseases. Has successively visited well-known liver diagnosis and treatment centers in Spain, Japan, and Taiwan for exchange and study. Began performing minimally invasive laparoscopic liver surgery in 2012, and has accumulated extensive experience in laparoscopic liver surgery, specializing in laparoscopic surgery for adult and pediatric liver tumors and Da Vinci robotic liver surgery. Has served as Director of the Liver Surgery Ward since 2014, presiding over the clinical work of the Pediatric Liver Surgery Ward. Has achieved internationally advanced standards in living donor liver transplantation donor and recipient surgery and laparoscopic living donor liver graft procurement. Has routinely performed fluorescence fully laparoscopic living donor liver graft procurement surgery and has held multiple national training courses and online live demonstration sessions. Backbone physicians from internationally renowned transplantation centers including King's College Hospital in the United Kingdom, Tokyo Women's Medical University Hospital in Japan, Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan, Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong, and University of Malaya Medical Centre have successively come to exchange and learn laparoscopic surgical experience. Was specially invited as the primary surgeon for a global live broadcast of living donor liver transplantation surgery at the 2022 International Living Donor Liver Transplantation (iLDLT) Congress. To date, has personally performed over 2,000 various liver resection surgeries, including over 400 fully laparoscopic and robotic liver resection surgeries; has personally performed over 600 adult and pediatric liver transplantation surgeries. Successfully performed the world's smallest pediatric liver transplantation combined with pancreaticoduodenectomy as the primary surgeon; modified the portal vein anastomosis technique for whole liver transplantation in very young infants, significantly reducing the long-term postoperative portal vein stenosis rate. Was invited to lead a team to Malaysia to assist in carrying out pediatric living donor liver transplantation surgery, establishing a "Belt and Road" international medical cooperation system. Was specially invited to provide counterpart assistance to multiple domestic transplantation centers in carrying out liver transplantation work. Has long been engaged in research related to living donor liver transplantation treatment for end-stage liver disease, and has published over 30 papers in domestic and international academic journals, with over 20 indexed by SCI. Personal Honors Awarded the First Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award in 2015, and the National First Prize in the "Meidao" Surgical Competition of the Hepatobiliary Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association in 2015.
