Received clinical training at Massachusetts General Hospital in the United States. After graduation, has been working at Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and has long been engaged in clinical diagnosis and treatment, research, and education of rheumatic immune diseases. Professional areas cover common rheumatic immune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Sjögren's syndrome, systemic sclerosis, polymyositis/dermatomyositis, systemic vasculitis, and adult-onset Still's disease. Has extensive experience in individualized treatment and long-term health management for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and lupus nephritis. Possesses a strong academic background, with research focus including biomarker screening, translational and clinical research in systemic lupus erythematosus and lupus nephritis, and has served as a principal investigator in multiple new drug studies for systemic lupus erythematosus. Presided over one National Natural Science Foundation of China project and has published more than 80 papers in authoritative journals such as Nature Reviews Rheumatology and Arthritis and Rheumatology.
