Director of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and Deputy Director of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. From 2003 to 2004, he pursued advanced studies at Lariboisière Hospital, Paris Diderot University. In 2007, he obtained the Advanced Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Training Certificate from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 2014, he pursued further training at Temple University Hospital and the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in the United States. He has led, been responsible for, and participated in multiple research projects, published over 100 papers in authoritative domestic and international journals of otorhinolaryngology, and obtained two invention patents and two utility model patents. He serves as a Standing Editorial Board Member of *Oncology*, an Editorial Board Member of *Audiology and Speech Disorders*, a Corresponding Editorial Board Member of *World Journal of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery*, and a Corresponding Editorial Board Member of *Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery*. He has contributed to six books including *Luo Qizhong's Neurosurgery Essentials*, *Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Tumor Surgery*, and *Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Manual of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery*. He serves as Associate Editor-in-Chief of *Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery* (English edition of the National Higher Medical Planning Textbook) and Associate Editor-in-Chief of *Modern Rhinology*.
