Former Director of the Pediatrics Department and Director of the Teaching and Research Office at Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Engaged in pediatric clinical care, teaching, and research for 48 years, pioneered the allergy and pediatric rheumatology specialties at Renji Hospital. Specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and research of pediatric rheumatic diseases such as juvenile idiopathic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile spondyloarthropathy, Henoch-Schönlein purpura, and dermatomyositis, as well as allergic asthma, rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis. Teaching Work Expert supervisor for maternal and child health in Shanghai, expert of the Pediatric Medical Quality Supervision Group of Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, expert reviewer for pediatric medical quality in Pudong New Area and Huangpu District of Shanghai. Has undertaken 5 research projects from the Ministry of Health, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Health Bureau, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. Published over 100 papers in SCI and domestic core journals, participated in the compilation of 6 monographs, serving as associate chief editor for one of them. Personal Honors Received the Third Prize for Outstanding Technological Invention from the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Second Prize of the Gao Jinglang Pediatric Medical Foundation for Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Clinicians, the Baosteel Outstanding Teacher Award, the Dumex Outstanding Teacher Award, and was repeatedly awarded the "Noble Medical Ethics Award," "Outstanding Party Member of Second Military Medical University and the Hospital," "Advanced Worker of Second Military Medical University," and other honorary titles, as well as the Noble Medical Ethics Award from the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.
