During this period, pursued further training in minimally invasive surgical techniques at Temple University in the United States in 2014, and served as a visiting scholar at the Wistar Institute of the University of Pennsylvania from 2015 to 2016. Clinically, has mastered the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in general surgery, with particular expertise in the diagnosis and management of hepatobiliary, pancreatic, retroperitoneal tumors, and abdominal external hernias. Has also accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of complex and challenging diseases in general surgery. Currently capable of independently performing and proficiently conducting hemihepatectomy, pancreaticoduodenectomy, distal pancreatectomy, radical resection of gallbladder and bile duct malignancies, radical resection of gastrointestinal malignancies, complex retroperitoneal tumor resection, and complicated abdominal wall hernia repair. Performs nearly 800 surgeries annually, including approximately 150 complex and challenging cases, with nearly 80% being minimally invasive procedures. Pioneered new techniques and methods at the hospital, including single-incision laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair and totally extraperitoneal preperitoneal abdominal wall incisional hernia repair, providing standardized treatment and comprehensive management for thousands of patients with inguinal and abdominal wall hernias.
