Clinically, I primarily engage in clinical and basic research in hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and abdominal wall hernia surgery. I specialize in various minimally invasive surgeries in the fields of hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and abdominal wall hernia, as well as the comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and standardized management of benign and malignant tumors of the biliary tract and pancreas, particularly the minimally invasive surgical treatment and comprehensive therapy for gallbladder cancer and cholangiocarcinoma. I also perform laparoscopic treatment for intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones, congenital choledochal cysts, and biliary tract injury repair, as well as minimally invasive treatment for various abdominal wall hernias such as inguinal hernia, incisional hernia, and parastomal hernia. I have profound expertise in the field of minimally invasive hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. In scientific research, I have conducted comprehensive and in-depth studies on immunotherapy and precision therapy for biliary tract tumors. I have received one "Medical-Engineering Cross Fund" from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and one Clinical Research Innovation Cultivation Fund from Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. I have also participated in multiple national and municipal multicenter clinical studies, including the National Science and Technology Support Program (sub-project): Construction and Evidence-Based Evaluation of Precision Hepatobiliary Surgery Technical System, the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission Project: Precision Perihilar Surgery Technical System to Improve the Safety and Efficacy of Perihilar Biliary Tract Tumor Surgery, and the Shanghai Shenkang Project: Genomics-Based Drug Screening Model for the Treatment of Biliary Tract Malignant Tumors. I possess extensive clinical and basic research experience. Since beginning my career, I have published over 30 papers as first author or co-first author in domestic and international core journals, including more than 10 SCI-indexed articles. I have also participated in the compilation of several monographs such as "Clinical Surgery of the Biliary-Pancreatic-Duodenal Region," "Shi Weijin's Biliary Surgery," "Surgical Atlas of the Biliary Tract and Biliary-Pancreatic-Duodenal Region," and "Surgical Program Diagnosis." In terms of teaching, as a core teaching faculty member of the department, I undertake the mentoring of resident training physicians and specialist training physicians, and have repeatedly received the titles of "Outstanding Advanced Teaching Individual" and "Outstanding Base Mentoring Teacher" from Renji Hospital.
