Chief Physician and Professor in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine at Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, specializing in ultrasound diagnosis of andrology, abdominal, superficial, and vascular systems. With 38 years of experience in ultrasound diagnosis, has published over 100 academic papers, led multiple national and municipal-level special research projects including National Natural Science Foundation of China General Program projects, and received awards such as the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the Commendation Medal from the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, the Changqi Award, and the First Prize of the Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award. Has been honored multiple times with titles including provincial/municipal and university-level Outstanding Teacher, Advanced Worker in Teaching and Education, Outstanding Renji Person, "March 8th" Red Banner Pacesetter of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Noble Teacher Ethics Award of the School of Medicine, Outstanding Department Director of Renji Hospital, Outstanding Party Affairs Worker of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and Advanced Party Member of Renji Hospital. Has focused on ultrasound diagnosis of male infertility for over 20 years. In 2011, published China's first professional andrology ultrasound book, "Atlas of Ultrasound Diagnosis of Male Infertility," which was republished in 2021.
