Work Experience I obtained my clinical doctorate degree through the national unified enrollment program from Peking University Health Science Center, and have been engaged in clinical, teaching, and research work in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Peking University Third Hospital for over twenty years, covering outpatient services, inpatient care, emergency treatment, and surgical procedures. I have successively held the positions of resident physician, chief resident physician, attending physician, associate chief physician, and chief physician. From 2016 to 2017, I visited the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Iowa Hospital & Clinics as a visiting scholar. From July 2020 to August 2021, I was dispatched by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC as a member of the sixth national "group-type" aid-Tibet expert team, serving as the director of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the People's Hospital of the Tibet Autonomous Region. I currently serve as the deputy director of the Department of Otolaryngology. Research Work My main research interests focus on basic and clinical studies of obstructive sleep apnea, laryngeal and head and neck tumors, Tibetan medicine, and interdisciplinary medical-engineering research (new materials, surgical robotics, and artificial intelligence). As an associate professor at Peking University, I have supervised graduate students and undertaken clinical theory teaching and internship mentoring for Peking University clinical medicine undergraduates, eight-year program doctoral medical students, international students, and visiting physicians from various regions. My research achievements are as follows: 1. As the principal investigator, I have led more than ten research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation, and university and hospital-level grants, and have participated in multiple national-level research projects. 2. I have published multiple domestic and international professional papers as the first author and corresponding author. 3. As the primary inventor, I have been granted more than ten national utility model and invention patents.
