Research Work The primary research interests include the pathogenic characteristics and mechanisms of genetic diseases, the exploration and application of preimplantation genetic testing technologies, and the molecular mechanisms of post-translational modifications of proteins during gamete and embryo development. A total of 29 SCI-indexed papers have been published, with a cumulative impact factor of 160.8 for all publications, and a cumulative impact factor of 42.8 for papers as first author or corresponding author. As the project principal investigator, I have undertaken the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the General Program of the Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation. Additionally, I serve as a sub-project leader for the National Key Research and Development Program under the special project "Reproductive Health and Prevention of Major Birth Defects."
