Research Work Long-term commitment to research on the pathological mechanisms by which reproductive endocrine disorders affect female fertility, as well as applied basic research on fertility preservation. Major academic achievements include: 1. Establishment of a nationwide community-based female fertility monitoring platform and a research platform for the pathophysiological mechanisms of reproductive endocrine disorders; 2. Elucidation of the potential effects of reproductive endocrine diseases on oocyte epigenetics and the gene expression profiles of in vitro matured oocytes, identification of key genes affecting trophoblast cell invasion and embryo implantation, and improvement of embryo utilization rates; 3. Determination of the pathological mechanisms by which reproductive endocrine disorders lead to decreased endometrial receptivity, and identification of endometrial molecular markers during the window of implantation.
