Examples include giant facial pigmented nevi, scars, skin cysts, neurofibromas (neurofibromatosis), and lipomas. · Wide excision of malignant superficial tumors with subsequent repair, reconstruction, and aesthetic restoration of secondary defects, aiming for complete tumor removal, minimal recurrence rates, and the least possible functional and cosmetic loss.
