Work Experience After graduation, I joined the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Peking University Third Hospital and have worked there ever since. In the early years of my career, I first rotated through the general surgery departments for three years, followed by specialized training in plastic and aesthetic surgery. From 1993 to 1995, I was dispatched by the Ministry of Health as a member of an expert team to an overseas medical mission, working at the Burn and Plastic Surgery Hospital in Tripoli, the capital of Libya. In my early career, I studied under the renowned plastic surgery experts Professor Wang Damei and Professor Niu Xingtao, from whom I acquired exquisite surgical skills and became a specialist in the field of plastic surgery. Awards In 1995, I received the Outstanding Individual Award for Civilized Service from Peking University Third Hospital. In 1992, I received the Outstanding Individual Award for Teaching from Peking University Health Science Center. Publications I have published over ten academic papers, including "Total Nasal Reconstruction with the Deltopectoral Flap," "Surgical Treatment of Acral Keratoderma," "Excision and Reconstruction of Pigmented Lesions of the Nipple and Areola," and "Clinical Analysis of 380 Cases of Laser Hair Removal." I have also contributed to the compilation of *Practical Aesthetic Surgery* and translated works such as *Atlas of Practical Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery* and *Atlas of Aesthetic Eyelid and Periocular Surgery*.
