Currently serves as Associate Chief Physician and Associate Researcher in the Department of Urology / Center for Reproductive Medicine, Peking University Third Hospital. Research Activities Long-term commitment to basic and clinical research on male infertility and sexual dysfunction. Published over 100 academic papers with an H-index of 24. Published 20 SCI papers as first/corresponding author in journals including PNAS, J Urol, and ACS Nano. Recipient of funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, and key project grants under the National Key R&D Program. Selected for the inaugural Peking University Clinical Scientist Training Program. Awarded the Rising Star Award by the World Chinese Urological Society, Young Academic Award by the Chinese Cornell Circle, and Third Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award. Contributing author to multiple guidelines and consensus documents including the *Chinese Guidelines and Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Andrological Diseases*, and co-author of textbooks and monographs including *Wu Jieping's Urology*.
