In response to the clinical reality that pharmacotherapy alone often yields suboptimal outcomes for conditions such as premature ejaculation, asthenospermia, and chronic prostatitis, a comprehensive therapeutic approach has been developed, combining health maintenance (e.g., physical exercise, increased sleep, abstinence from smoking and alcohol, regular ejaculation) with pharmacological treatment, significantly improving therapeutic efficacy. This approach has also demonstrated favorable results in treating erectile dysfunction and other sexual dysfunctions. 2. Early adoption in China of dorsal penile nerve neurectomy for the treatment of premature ejaculation, including summarization and evaluation of the surgical efficacy and postoperative risks. 3. Exploration of intracavernosal drug injection therapy for premature ejaculation, achieving certain therapeutic effects and securing one invention patent. Publications Four papers have been published, with representative works including: "Dorsal Penile Nerve Neurectomy for the Treatment of Premature Ejaculation" and "Sleeve Resection of the Prepuce at the Coronal Sulcus for the Treatment of Multiple Condyloma Acuminata: A Report of 35 Cases." Books and Translations Participated in the translation of *Atlas of Laparoscopic Surgery in Urology* (Peking University Medical Press) and contributed to the compilation of *Handbook of Organ Transplantation* (Peking University Medical Press).
