Work Experience Graduated from the Department of Medicine, Harbin Medical University in 1990, and subsequently commenced clinical work in internal medicine at Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital in the same year. Promoted to attending physician in 1995. Obtained a Master's degree in Medicine from Peking University in 2000. Transferred to Peking University Third Hospital in 2001, engaging in the diagnosis and treatment of oncology and radiation-related diseases. Promoted to associate chief physician in 2003, and to chief physician in 2014. From 2011 to 2012, studied and worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center in the United States. Research Work Participated in the National "Ninth Five-Year Plan" key research projects, as well as research funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation. Led one sub-project of the Capital Medical Development Research Fund, one sub-project of the Ministry of Health Industry Fund, and one fund supported by the Medical Association. Published 22 papers as first author or corresponding author in core journals, including 16 SCI-indexed papers, with a cumulative impact factor of 62. Participated in the compilation and translation of 7 books. Awards and Honors Received the title of Outstanding Communist Party Member of Peking University Third Hospital in 2006; the Party branch led by the candidate was awarded the Outstanding Party Branch of Peking University Health Science Center in 2008; the core team led by the candidate received the Hospital Management Excellence Team Award in 2009; selected as an Outstanding Party Affairs Worker of Peking University Health Science Center in 2009; rated as an Outstanding Medical Malpractice Appraisal Expert in 2010; awarded Outstanding Party Branch Secretary of Peking University Third Hospital in 2014; awarded Outstanding Party Branch Secretary of Peking University Third Hospital in 2018.
