Main Research Directions Extensive experience in high-dose chemotherapy and autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation for hematologic malignancies such as lymphoma, myeloma, and leukemia. Standardized treatment of lymphoma; molecular biological diagnosis of hematologic malignancies and lymphoma and monitoring of minimal residual disease; research on autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation for hematologic malignancies; research on non-myeloablative transplantation and cellular immunotherapy for refractory/relapsed malignant lymphoma; research on B7/CD28 signal transduction and mechanisms of T cell immune tolerance; research on B7 and tumor immunity. Research Work To date, nearly 260 articles have been published, including over 30 SCI-indexed articles. Successively awarded funding from multiple National Natural Science Foundation of China (General Programs), Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation, Peking University Health Science Center Cancer Research Center "985 Multicenter Research," 211 Fund, Capital Fund, and Capital Health Cultivation Fund. In the past 5 years, 28 representative papers have been published, with 3 invention patents. Awards First contributor awarded the Second Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award under the Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award (Science and Technology) for Higher Education Institutions; Outstanding Teacher of Peking University Health Science Center; Good Teacher and Beneficial Friend Award of Peking University Third Hospital. Books and Translations Participated in the compilation and translation of 11 books, and served as chief editor of the *Handbook of Targeted and Immunotherapy for Lymphoma*, *Lymphoma*, and the *Manual for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lymphoma*.
