【Research Work】: Principal investigator of multi‑center projects for the National 10th‑Five‑Year Key Science and Technology Research Project "Clinical Research on Diseases Associated with Pediatric Syncope" and the National 12th‑Five‑Year Science and Technology Support Program "Research on Diagnosis and Treatment Technologies for Pediatric Functional Cardiovascular Diseases". Participated in the formulation of China’s *Guidelines for the Diagnosis of Pediatric Syncope*, *Expert Consensus on Pediatric Vasovagal Syncope and Postural Tachycardia Syndrome*, *Chinese Expert Consensus on the Head‑Up Tilt Test*, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society (CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents, *Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of neurally mediated syncope in children and adolescents (revised 2024)*, *2022 Chinese Expert Consensus on Standardized Application of the Head‑Up Tilt Test*, and *Chinese Expert Consensus on Rehabilitation of Non‑Cardiogenic Syncope*. From 2015 to 2022, organized the national continuing‑education program "National Workshop on Pediatric Cardiovascular Function Testing Technology and Advances in Clinical Application" at Children’s Hospital of Fudan University for successive years. Has published numerous papers in domestic and international academic journals. Authored one book *Handbook of Arrhythmia Electrocardiograms*, and contributed chapters to more than ten professional books on pediatric cardiovascular diseases and monographs including "Psychocardiology".

【Awards and Honors】: The project "Diagnosis of Unexplained Pediatric Syncope Using the Head‑Up Tilt Test" won the Silver Award for Excellent Invention at the 24th Shanghai Excellent Invention Competition. Received the Third Prize of the Ministry of Health Science and Technology Progress Award and the Second Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Award. The expert team led by Tian Hong was awarded the "Special Award for Online Livestreaming: Top Experts Talk About Health" by Children’s Hospital of Fudan University.
