Diagnosis and treatment of pediatric rheumatic diseases, including pediatric systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, juvenile spondyloarthritis, reactive arthritis, infection‑associated arthritis, Sjögren's syndrome, dermatomyositis, Behçet's disease, mixed connective tissue disease and undifferentiated connective tissue disease. 2. Pediatric allergic diseases, including allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, Henoch‑Schönlein purpura, allergic triad and food allergy. 3. Diagnosis, treatment and etiological investigation of abnormal expression of autoantibodies in children.

【Publications】: Has published more than ten SCI papers and over one hundred papers in domestic core journals. Has completed more than ten cooperative research projects sponsored by the Ministry of Health, municipal science and technology commission and bureau‑level research programs, and undertaken major research projects under the Three‑Year Action Plan for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai.
