She specializes in precision treatment and full‑cycle management of melanoma, resection and reconstructive repair of skin and soft‑tissue tumors, facial aesthetic surgery and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, laser aesthetics, breast plastic surgery, and body contouring. She has carried out innovative research on early diagnosis of melanoma as well as mechanisms of recurrence and metastasis, immune tolerance, and cell therapy. She has launched projects including the construction of a quality control and management system for the full workflow of precision medicine, the application of medical big data and artificial intelligence in smart hospital development, and the building of a 5G‑integrated innovative imaging collaboration platform for medical consortia. She has presided over 6 major projects including key R&D programs of the Ministry of Science and Technology, General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and major new‑infrastructure projects of the National Development and Reform Commission; 5 projects from the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Shanghai Economic and Informatization Commission, Shanghai Health Commission, and Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center; and holds 12 patents. She has published more than 140 papers, over 40 of which are SCI‑indexed, served as chief editor for 1 book and co‑editor for 10 books.
