MD, Associate Chief Physician. Graduated from Shanghai Medical University. He was a visiting scholar in the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Barnes‑Jewish Hospital, Washington University in St. Louis, USA, and an international member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons.

His expertise lies in the precise diagnosis and minimally invasive surgical treatment of pulmonary nodules and lung cancer. He is proficient in performing radical treatment for lung cancer patients via single‑port thoracoscopic segmentectomy, lobectomy and mediastinal lymph node dissection. He also specializes in multiple minimally invasive procedures including minimally invasive radical esophagectomy, minimally invasive hiatal hernia repair and anti‑reflux surgery, minimally invasive resection of mediastinal tumors (thymoma, thymic cyst, schwannoma, etc.), thoracoscopic sympathectomy (for palmar hyperhidrosis), and thoracoscopic enucleation of esophageal leiomyoma. He is skilled in endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) and mediastinoscopy for cytological and histopathological diagnosis of enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes.

He has presided over one Youth Science Fund project of Fudan University and participated in one National Natural Science Foundation project. He has published 16 papers in international and domestic journals, among which 8 are published as corresponding or first author, with a cumulative SCI impact factor of over 15.
