He has extensive clinical experience in a full range of routine and complex thoracic surgical procedures, and possesses exceptional expertise in diseases such as lung cancer and esophageal cancer. He pioneered thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer in China and spearheaded the standardized treatment of pulmonary ground‑glass nodules, making outstanding contributions to the development of thoracic surgery.

Academic Achievements: He has long been engaged in clinical and basic research on thoracic tumors. He has presided over one project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one project supported by the Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai.
