Senior Clinical Professor at Fudan University, Chief Physician and Doctoral Supervisor of the Department of Urology, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University.

He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine degree from the Faculty of Medicine, Shanghai Medical University in 1993, and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Fudan University in 2000. Since 1993, he has long been engaged in clinical work of kidney transplantation and urology at the Department of Urology, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. From 2006 to 2007, he worked as a visiting scholar at the University of Western Ontario in Canada, conducting post‑doctoral training and research in microsurgery and transplantation immunology. He has concurrently served as Director of the Department of Blood Transfusion at Zhongshan Hospital since 2008. In recent years, he has completed two General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one sub‑project of the National Key R&D Program, with two ongoing General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He holds six patents. As a corresponding author, he has published nearly 50 SCI papers with a total impact factor of more than 180, nearly 40 papers in core journals, and over 100 co‑authored papers. He currently serves as an editorial board member for the Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation, Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion, and Chinese Journal of Clinical Blood Transfusion and Laboratory Medicine, as well as an ad‑hoc reviewer for more than 20 SCI journals.
