Doctor, Associate Chief Physician, Deputy Director of the Department of Neurosurgery, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, Director of the Sub‑specialty of Neuroendoscopic‑Navigation Minimally‑Invasive Neurosurgery, and Master’s Supervisor at Fudan University.

His main research focus is neuroendoscopic minimally‑invasive neurosurgery. He is committed to basic and clinical research on intracranial tumors including pituitary adenomas, gliomas, metastatic tumors and lymphomas.

He has presided over and participated in the National Key R&D Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and three research projects funded by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. He was selected for the 2014 Shanghai Sailing Program for Young Talents sponsored by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. As the first author, he has published research findings in leading clinical neurosurgery journals including *Neurosurgery*, *Operative Neurosurgery*, as well as *Chemical Engineering Journal*. He has contributed to books published by Thieme: *Skull Base Surgery: Strategies*, *Minimally‑Invasive Neuroendoscopic‑Navigation Neurosurgery*, and *Endoscopic Minimally‑Invasive Surgery for Pineal Region Tumors*. He serves as a young editorial board member of *Chinese Journal of Clinical Medicine*. He has published dozens of papers in total, among which 30 are SCI‑indexed papers as the first or corresponding author.
