He completed advanced training and post‑doctoral work at the Indiana University (IUPUI) Medical Center in the United States. He serves as the Director of the Party Committee Office of Zhongshan Hospital. He has published more than 20 papers as the first author and corresponding author in domestic and international professional academic journals. He has participated in the compilation of multiple academic monographs. He has attended numerous domestic and international academic conferences, where he presented papers and delivered conference speeches. He is in charge of multiple research projects sponsored by Shanghai Municipality, Fudan University and Zhongshan Hospital.

His specialties include minimally‑invasive surgery for cranial nerve disorders (hemifacial spasm, trigeminal neuralgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia), functional neurosurgery DBS procedures, as well as minimally‑invasive surgical treatment for intracranial tumors and craniocerebral trauma.
