He was awarded the 2019 Wu Jieping General Practitioner Award and the 2019 Outstanding General Practice Supervising Physician by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. He received the Second Prize of the National Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award in 2014, the Special Prize of the Shanghai‑level Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award in 2013, and the Third Prize of the Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award in 2011. He has served as chief editor, associate editor and contributing author for 25 textbooks for general practice undergraduates, standardized residency training and family physician training issued by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China.
